Sunday is for relaxing and gourmet dining, and if you love brunch and are always looking to try new places and menus, this list is for you. Here’s a guide to where you can find some of the most delicious spreads in Mumbai and Delhi.

Bombay Canteen, Mumbai

This month, The Bombay Canteen, based in Lower Parel, brings back their beloved “Canteen Brunch”. Known as “brunch without rules” (selected image), this new menu includes classic dishes revisited. Of this delicious spread, we highly recommend the Paani Puri with Dried Shrimp, Seyal Pav Bruschetta, Sev Puri Sea Bass Tartare, Kulcha Butter Garlic Crab and Oyster Mushroom Akuri. Plus, don’t miss their decadent brunch desserts – Ricotta and Anjeer Pancake Cake, Dosa Waffles, and Babka Jaggery French Toast.

Capital Kitchen, Taj Palace, New Delhi

This lively all-day restaurant hosts an extremely popular Sunday brunch. From live stations and to chatter Counters of delicious thin-crust pizzas and masterfully crafted desserts, this brunch features an array of epicurean delights. The sparkling and creative bottomless cocktails pair beautifully with the gourmet smorgasbord. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that this restaurant has a quaint al fresco that greets guests with panoramic views of the lush nine-hole golf course and hotel pool.

Bastian, Bombay

With two outposts in Mumbai, Bastian quickly became everyone’s favorite place for Sunday brunches. And for good reason. Bastian’s Sunday brunch menu is divided into three sections: “Salt”, “Salt + Sugar” and “Sugar”. Our favorites from their special brunch menu include Spicy Dan Dan Noodles, Lobster Mac, Veggie Benedict, Kung Pao Shrimp Scramble, Tiramisu Waffles, Chocolate Pancakes and Rocky Road Waffle. Plus, their range of cocktails such as Morning After Martini and Cucumber Collins complement the food perfectly.
