A range of dishes inspired by Singaporean ingredients and flavors will also feature on the menu.

According to a yahoo report, Chef Nobu says, “Singapore is an amazing culinary destination with an impressive food scene – so many flavors and cultures to experience in one place. Being one of my favorite cities with a sophisticated landscape of restaurants and bars, I can’t wait to bring Nobu to the doorstep of Asia!

What will the next restaurant look like?

Ambiance and setting play an extremely important role in restaurants serving authentic Japanese cuisine. Nobu embraced this concept and focused a lot on creating the right atmosphere. Nobu Singapore will be located next to an open-air Japanese garden and bar that will have its own entrance through a beautiful garden set against the city’s bustling skyline.
