A new signature beachfront restaurant, Huihui, officially opened this week at KÄ’anapali Beach Hotel. The completion is part of the first phase of the $ 75 million hotel property improvement project.
With an all-new menu designed by Executive Chef Tom Muromoto, a KBH veteran for over 20 years, Huihui offers unique Hawaiian dishes using fresh regional ingredients, emblematic of the island’s diversity across land and sea. , from micro-greens and ‘ulu to wild game, chicken and fish. Huihui, meaning ‘constellation of stars’ or ‘join, mingle, mingle,’ the 5,000 square foot culinary venue serves as a gathering place for hotel guests and residents alike, providing a culinary experience relaxed with stunning ocean views.
The culinary venue also serves as a Travel Academy for guests and local students, paying homage to Hawaiian traditions, including classic island cuisine and cooking methods, and the long tradition of Hawaiian orientation.

The Huihui focuses on regional Hawaiian cuisine, offering modern versions of classic island dishes for all three meal periods.
