The new 60,000 square foot restaurant is called Pavilion at The Beach and will be located at The Beach Opposite JBR.
The venue is slated to open in December 2021 and will house five licensed restaurants, including: La Mezcaleria, Café Buur, Akiba Dori, Eataly and Hurricane’s Grill. Hosted by Merex Investment which has destinations at The Beach, City Walk and Le Mer, the new day and night venue is similar to the Bla Bla beach club which has been very successful since opening in January 2021 at JBR.
Shahram Shamsaee, CEO of Merex Investment Group, said: “We have thought carefully about the different experiences at The Beach and have a firm belief that the launch of this all-inclusive environment further improves the way visitors experience the outdoor destination. We are excited to present an innovative project at The Beach to reinvent the way visitors enjoy an interactive and elevated experience.
As for the restaurants that come to the Beach Pavilion; La Mezcaleria is a pan-Latin inspired restaurant; Akiba Dori will bring a cool urban-style Japanese vibe; Eatalay is a popular Italian restaurant; Hurricane’s Grill has a menu full of meat options; and Café Burr will provide a relaxed option for coffee, breakfast and lunch.
