Even though the past year and a half has really kicked off the restaurant industry, some enterprising San Antonio restaurateurs have stood up in the face of overwhelming inconvenience to open new restaurants that feed our cravings and uphold the spirit of the city. These new restaurants have become our bread and butter, our food during the toughest times and the places we can’t wait to celebrate a return to normalcy.
