It’s decided, we are officially in our era of travel.

Halloween time

From Friday 2 September to Monday 31 October

This year, the neighborhood trick-or-treat is not enough. Nowhere is Halloween better than Disneyland Resort. From Friday, September 2 through Monday, October 31, spooky season takes over for a resort-wide party. With a freakishly good time suitable for everyone, Disneyland Park turns up the thrills with the haunted mansion holiday makeover, character appearances and the Halloween Screams light show, which sees Disney villains take over the Sleeping Beauty Castle.

As night falls, head to the Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure Park. Here, the iconic Guardians Of The Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT! will evolve into Guardians of the Galaxy – Monsters After Dark – a limited-time Halloween theme that’s sure to get your adrenaline pumping as you team up with Rocket on a mission to save Groot from a legion of monsters. Don’t say we didn’t warn you about the fear of falls.

Downtown Disney is also partying. Here, you can take a bite of Snow White’s poisonous (candied) apple, stock up on merchandise, and participate in a district-wide scavenger hunt.

While there, roam the Avengers Headquarters where you can learn the wisdom of Wakanda and witness large-scale rooftop action, before encountering one of the multiverse’s bravest heroes at the Ancient Sanctuary , Doctor Strange.

Adventure in a galaxy far, far away

With just one step in star wars: Galaxy’s Edge, you will be part of the evolving adventure. Jump into hyperspace aboard the fastest starship in the galaxy in Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, a team mission in which everyone in the cockpit has a crucial role.

star wars: Rise Of The Resistance gives guests a front seat to the franchise action and is unlike any other ride at Disneyland Resort. This fascinating journey will see you take on the First Order with appearances from Kylo Ren, Rey, and BB-8. Jaws will drop, and yes, you’ll want to go back.

Nostalgia Peak on Pixar Pier

Head to Pixar Pier to tap into your inner child for a heavy dose of nostalgia at Disney California Adventure Park. Board the Inredicoaster for a high-speed chase alongside the Incredibles. Then jump into Toy Story Midway Mania! a 4D mid-game ride that will see you compete against other players and blast for the high score. Pro tip: During your stay, take a break and soak up the great views of the entire resort from the top of the Pixar Pal-A-Round.

Explore Downtown Disney

The shopping and dining hub at Disneyland Resort, no park tickets required, the Downtown Disney District is where you’ll find a mix of shops and restaurants to keep your hearts and stomachs full. We recommend Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen, which offers the best of New Orleans cuisine with French Quarter specialties like Gumbo Ya-Ya and Pasta Jambalaya on the menu.
