To prepare this recipe, you just need to add minced mutton in a pressure cooker with water, salt, cardamom, garlic, fennel, cinnamon. Pressure cook it until 2-3 hissing sounds or cook it slowly for 45 minutes. Once done, separate the bones from the meat.

Now add the rice water paste into this mixture and sauté. Then add milk in it to give it a thicker consistency. Now put the pressure cooker back on the heat and add the rice flour paste and keep stirring the mixture. Add the milk and cook again until the curry thickens and becomes more fragrant.
