Novaland receives the award for best real estate developer

Euromoney Magazine’s 17th annual survey of the global real estate market brought together advisers, developers, investment managers, banks and consumer partners of real estate companies from around the world. The results are evaluated by senior professional directors in the real estate industry.

Novaland Group won the main category of Excellent Real Estate Developer 2021 (Vietnam Developers – Overall) and three other categories: Developers – Residential Sector, Promoters – Innovation and Promoters – Sustainable Development Sector.

These awards contribute to a series of achievements of Novaland during its 29 years in Vietnam. In 2021, Novaland continues to accelerate the completion of large-scale residential and hotel real estate projects – residential real estate projects in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces. Some typical projects include Greater Manhattan (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City), Aqua City (Dong Nai), NovaWorld Phan Thiet (Binh Thuan) and NovaWorld Ho Tram (Ba Ria – Vung Tau).

The remarkable projects of Novaland

Located on two fronts of Co Giang – Co Bac Street, District 1, HCMC, the Grand Manhattan luxury apartment shopping complex combines a chain of upscale in-house utilities, including a 5-star hotel, retail space, food court, a ground floor parking; swimming pool, barbecue area and children’s play area. Almost 4,200 square meters of the project area is devoted to the park and interior landscape.

Grand Manhattan offers stunning views of iconic buildings of a thriving Saigon like Ben Thanh Market, Nha Rong Quay, and Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Square, and is the focal point connecting the 5-star hotel chain, the towers of Category A offices and the financial center. With spectacular architecture in the heart of District 1, the project will contribute to the urban beautification of the city.

Aqua City is located in the heart of an interregional trade zone, connecting the major economic centers of the south-eastern region with a scale of more than 1,000 hectares.

The transport infrastructure, landscaping services and housing projects of some of the project’s subdivisions have been substantially completed, ready to operate and ready to welcome visitors in the fourth quarter. They include a berth complex – European standard Aqua Marina, phase 1 with a nine-branch jetty; a place with a capacity of 10,000 people; shopping street, luxury kitchen, multi-purpose indoor sports center, Aqua Sport complex and Aqua Central shopping center with an area of ​​1.4 hectares.

In Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan, NovaWorld Phan Thiet, a “super oceanic city of tourism and well-being” of 1000 hectares, stretches over seven kilometers of coastline. The project benefits from a total investment of nearly $ 5 billion, with the vision of becoming the world’s leading destination for MICE tourism and wellness.

Florida second home products have been shipping to customers since the third quarter. The entire NovaWorld Phan Thiet area is expected to come into service in 2023, around the same time that the Dau Giay – Phan Thiet Expressway and Phan Thiet International Airport are completed.

With a scale of 1,000 hectares, the NovaWorld Ho Tram Leisure and Leisure Complex stretches along the sea route from Loc An to Binh Chau. The project brought four parts to the market: The Tropicana, Wonderland, Habana Island and Morito. Several elements of the NovaWorld Ho Tram have been completed, preparing to enter service from the end of 2021.

The project offers high-end facilities to meet the needs of tourism, resorts and entertainment, including the Tropicana Park theme park with an area of ​​17 hectares; Beach club and shark restaurant; Lagoon channel; Oceanic swimming pool; organic farm; Safari; Binh Chau hot spring.

NovaWorld Ho Tram also offers a chain of 4 to 5 star hotel brands including Mgallery, Movenpick and Grand Mercure, as well as a coastal culinary shopping street with famous brands from home and abroad.

A series of key Novaland projects will be operational from 2023, expected to secure investment value for customers and contribute to the community and the local economy.
